December Celebrations
Oops...a small delaying in our blog posting :) What a great month December was! Full of celebrations of our Saviour's birth and fellowship with friends and family. It's also Bill's brother's birthday month which adds to the excitement! Here's a little picture review of our last month (picture dates in parethesis).
Bill returned safely in early Dec from his trip to Temuco, Chile...the farthest point south he's ever been. Pictured here in a day trip to the Volcano Villarrica (Dec 1)

Our 3 kids participated in the kids chorus during the Christmas program at our church Leon de Juda. See if you can spot them. Hint: Benjamin is not himself in this one :) (Dec 11)
After the Christmas Program we invited the youth of Leon de Juda to our house for a fun filled Christmas party. We ate tamales, we made snow flakes, we shared something God taught us this past year and areas we hope to grow in in 2006 and we exchanged gifts. We had a blast! (Dec 11)
No school for 2 weeks! Yahoo! So that means lots of trips to parks and other fun things for our 3 kiddos...pictured here with friends while waiting to lace up the skates and hit the ice at a cool temporary rink setup in the middle rotunda of the local mall. (Dec 20)
It's hard to be away from family during the holidays, but we praise God for our "adopted" family here in Guadalajara. We all got together for a Christmas dinner at our house. We even had a snow ball fight! (Dec 24)
After a month full of celebrations we wisked off on an overnight bus on Christmas day to the beach town of Mazatlan about 350 miles northwest of Guadalajara. Bill's folks met us there and we had a fabulous time playing in the sand and splashing in the pool! (Dec 30)
